Billionaires In Moscow
At the height of the Cold War, it would have been unthinkable for billionaires to exist in Russia, but the market economy has produced very rich people there now. Cold War movies like the James Bond series may have familiarized people with the Kremlin which the President of Russia now occupies.
Moscow itself is led by a mayor. Though reminders of Stalin's architectural preferences exist, you can still find quaint little Eastern Orthodox churches in the city.
