Gorky Park is a Moscow amusement park where you can go ice skating during the wintertime. Ice skating becomes possible because the Gorky Park staff will flood the open spaces, the ponds, and even the pathways so that the water freezes over and everything turns to ice. An entrance fee is charged for skaters and those with no skates with them can rent for a fee as well.

If you have ever heard the name Gorky Central Park of Culture and Leisure, then that is the official name of the commonly-known Gorky Park. Gorky Park is a Moscow amusement park which got its name from Maxim Gorky. Gorky Park can be found at Krymsky Val and it has been running since 1928. In sunny weather, Gorky Park has many fun rides open to the public, including a huge Ferris Wheel.
